M65 Mouse Issues

Ok i have just purchased an M65 and am loving it so far but something that really annoys my OCD side is the fact when i scroll back its smooth and the clicks are quiet but when i scrool forward the clicks are really random.. They can be really loud clonks to quiet then loud again... Is this Normal for the forward scroll to be diff to the backward??? Thanks for your help

I had this OCD about my Logitech G400, Its totally normal for the majority of mice wheels to make a louder ratcheting sound when scrolling forward than backward

Thanks but I ended up replacing the mouse and issue is now resolved :-)

Good to hear. Did you get another M65?

The forward scroll is normally louder but if the clicks are not consistent then it does sound faulty.

Took me 3 Logitech G400's before I got one without button rattle :S

Yeah just swapped for another M65, smooth in every direction... I just felt really bad returning due to my OCD lol

I've an M95 (I think - the one with buttons on the side) and my scroll wheel is knackered, it's not too be trusted i.e. it can go down randomly instead of up. Gets me killed in games sometimes, so I'm replacing with a Logitech soon!

I had a play with a G700s and it was really nice but felt a little plastic hense the M65

Shame the M65 has a dodgy sensor sending mine back now might be just a fault with the one i ordered but it couldn't tell the difference between arching ur hand and moving it in a straight line.
