M65 RGB lighting problem

I got my M65 yesterday and i have hit a problem with the lighting.
Basically the lights do not stay on at all. the only way to fix it is to move the mouse to a different usb port then it lights up. All functions remain the same dpi etc but no lighting.
if i change the port and it lights up upon restart it will light during post but then nothing......
Anybody else seen this issue??

OC have offered me an RMA but i am not sure yet that it is faulty

Try in a different pc ? or a laptop ?

Tried loads of things but eventually removed my K70 from the keybot usb on my mobo and put the mouse into it and all seems well for now. Must be something to do with USB 2 and 3
