what he said but i'd change the case to a sonata II, purely becuase it comes with a better PSU, and im not sure but 380 doesnt seem enough to run a 7900.

bit more costly, but only by £30-£40

ok, just checked, 380w is enough...minimum req as it happens, but i would still get one with greater watts

The 380w will be perfectly fine for the 7900GS. It isn't an uber power hungry card anyway.
 
Antec cases with 'bigger' PSUs are out of stock :( Otherwise I would have gone for the NSK6500 (here).

If not buying soon, I'd wait for that to be in-stock :)
