mac and 3g dongle

got a mac pro and 3g dongle but cant make it work any ideas or do i need a patch or something, i live in the sticks and when i try to connect it says cannot find server so maybe thats my problem

Well, sticks are no good for the mac pro, and would I be right in assuming you mean macbook pro? also Make sure your using the very latest version of the software they provide and the same for your os....

Can you give details of the computer, what OS your using (i.e. 10.5.2) and what the dongle is, and the network and your postcode.
