Mac and Sky go Desktop

Hi guys

I have a 2015 macbook pro iv downloaded sky go desktop for downloading things from sky, I go to sign in and it just sits for hours trying to sign in thats as far as i can get

I can sign into sky to stream stuff from the website no props but the desktop app can't get past sign in

I have downloaded silverlight and gave it access to sky anything else i could try
I also have my firewall off
