If you could have a top-spec Mac Book Pro, what other software and devices would you have along with it to make you truly mobile? Is the iPhone a worthy contender? Is there something better/more compatible?

Internet and email access on the go, and then the link between the two (or more if there's something worth getting) devices.

I'm quite happy to have a contract with o2 for the iPhone if necessary, I'm just curious as to whether the Mac and iPhone is the best combination for mobility, ie what will give me the best tools (email, calendar, internet) while on the move and then when back at base what offers the best sync options (of emails sent/received, calendars events added/removed etc). The whole shebang really.

I've no need for instant updates with regards to calendar events, but i want something that will serve me best if I've been out, added some new content to the mobile device (contact, meeting, etc) that will sync nicely with the Mac when i return. Email access on the road is essential too.

That sort of thing.

iPhone or Blackberry?

I'm not too familiar with the Blackberry..what's the latest/greatest one to have?
