Mac Cleaner

OK....

I know it not really needed but is there anything that is better than Oynx I have been using it but feel I am using it wrong what should be ticked I just been using the automated as default....

My mac is slowing down a bit takes a bit longer to boot up and apps to start...

Been told to keep well away from Mackeeper

There's a version of CCleaner available for the Mac. Or there's CleanMyMac which I use.

I got it before Ccleaner released their Mac version. If Ccleaner had been available at the time, I wouldn't have bought CleanMyMac.

Cheers I just downloaded CCleaner and hmmmm found a lot of junk and all be erased.... But what is there we can do to speed up the iMac boot up time?

Basically the same as you would do with a Windows machine. Check what's booting at start time and the like. Personally, I've never bothered with it because really the only way you're going to notice an incredible boot up speed difference is to use an SSD.
