MAC code expiry and install date

I am currently waiting for sky BB to be set up.The 'live' date is the 17th November.
The MAC code for my current isp runs out on 13th November.Sky already have this code, but will it be a problem that it expires before the install date?

Ofcom MAC guidelines:

"1.16 Where a Customer provides a MAC within its validity period, together with a request to effect a transfer of the Broadband Service to the Communications Provider, the Communications Provider shall proceed with the migration and inform the Customer of the Default Migration Date."

I would say you would be fine as it suggests you need to supply the MAC code to the new supplier within it's validity period, not have service commencing within it's validity period.
