MAC Code Question

Hi All,

Switching my Broadband from Virgin Media Cable Broadband, to Plusnet Fibre Broadband.

Virgin said on the phone I wouldn't need a MAC code but reading Plusnet site, It says I need to give them a MAC code.

I don't know much about broadband, so simply, Do I need to harass Virgin for one, or are they correct in that I don't need one?

Plusnet will provide their broadband via a BT phone line. MAC codes are only involved if your current broadband is also provided via the BT line.
