Mac Forefox and Youtube...

Hey, just recently it seems the look and layout of Youtube viewed thru my iMac (FF) has gone up the left, like I can watch the video, but the rating isnt the usual comments layout etc etc.

Is it different for the two?

YouTube are always screwing around with the layout. I was served a different layout for a while a few days ago (it was cleaner / less busy) and now it's back to old style.

Yeah mine was messed up recently, I didn't like the cleaner layout, it looked sparse.

It's back to normal now though

What a good idea....you know a clever person would think of that.....

Here we go, its only because I have one layout (that is the normal YT layout) in Firefox when I boot into Windows (Bootcamp), yes FF on the Mac side is a complete waste of time.

This is FF on my 24" iMac

Have you tried with default/different FF themes?

hmmm I think im gonna just have to unintall/ reinstall FF, its giving me quite a few problems now, tho other day when I closed it (tho not completely the little light was still on under the icon in the dock), when I hit it it wouldnt open back up, then when I tried to quite the close tabs box was half off the screen.

Rather than delete it completely and reinstall try setting up a new user and run Firefox as that user to see if you get the same problem. Be creating a new user you'll have no preference files for Firefox so it'll be like a new installation. That may help point you in the right direction.
