Google rklauncher(free i think) or objectdock(not free). I use objectdock, the last time i checked out rklauncher it didnt have multi-monitor support, otherwise i would.

The boxes under your icons

My Computer -> Control Panel -> System

from there go to the 'Advanced' Tab, and 'Settings' in the 'Performance' section

Then in there make sure that 'Use Drop Shadows for Icon Labels on the Desktop' is checked

Problem solved :)

You need to enable 'drop shadows' in windows. Right click My Computer properties, advanced, performance settings enable Use Drop Shadows.

Also, you could use Flyakite OSX as it gives you the OSX look AND the shortcut dock and menus etc..
