Mac Mini 2nd hand which one?

I am after a Mac Mini, 2nd hand, have about £300 to spend. What model should i be looking for as i havent a clue.

I will be using it for photoshop, internet, general word / publisher stuff, no gaming.

2.53Ghz 2010 with as much RAM inside as you can cram potentially.

2.53GHz 2010? I thought the 2010 was 2.4GHz or 2.66GHz, C2D based.

2.5Ghz appeared in 2011 with the i5 didn't it?

Unless you mean late 2009, 2.53GHz P8700 C2D?
