Folks,

Need urgent assistance on this.

Have 0 experience in Mac Mini and OS X.

Could you point me to a forums/discussion boards...resourceful are all I need at this point.

I need something more close to the system side of Mac OS X because my job is to support company Mac OS network and OS.
To my amazement, it is very Linux oriented, which I love it very much, but also need some help from time to time.

Reverse DNS.

We have setup an email server using the default mail service.
It can receive email from my gmail account.
But when I use Kerio Mail which is sitting on another server, mail from this server can not be received at the above email server.
Error messages say something to do with Reverse DNS.
Any clue?

So your mail server's MX record is working then if the Internet knows where to send mail for a given @somedomain.com...

What's the deal with your mail server's DNS, is it configured forward and reverse? i.e you can query DNS by IP and by name is it resolves it?
