Mac Mini - few quick questions

Im really liking the new spec mac mini and would like the idea of connecting it to my HDTV and using front row but i have some quick quesitons id like to ask.....

-Can it run OSX and XP together and i simply switch to and from whenever i like ?
-Is XP running on a mac stable ?
-I only have XP on my laptop, so would i need to buy a brand new copy
-Should i ditch XP and try Vista on it, or is this not possible yet?
-Would VGA give decent resolution ? Or is there a better way to connect to a HDTV ? (Samsung R72 tv)

Thanks for your help, its pretty much what i was guessing.

Im now thinking the iMac for a little extra would be cool, as theres a screen too !

Regarding XP running along OSX, i once saw a video which explained a OSX user who only had to press a couple of keys and the screen sort of rotated to an XP desktop. And he could do this very quickly, he could jump from OSX to XP to OSX whenever he wanted without shutting down or restarting or anything like that.
