Just ordered a Samsung 750gb 840 evo and corsair 16gb 1600mhz also picked up a logic board tool that I seen on YouTube. Another question how do I go about installing OS X on new ssd?

I have a airport time capsule, would this allow me to " restore" my mac back to an earlier date onto the new ssd or am I totally wrong?
