mac mini

Had a look at a Mac Mini the other day...boy was i impressed! Had a go on OS X on one of the mac laptops and was really impressed with that aswell.

Im probably going to buy one very soon to go with my Dell 2007 i just ordered.

I have heard though that there may be some spec change to the mac mini in the next few weeks so i obviously wouldnt want to miss out on that.

Anyone heard similar?

they could possibly be going core2duo which would be announced at macworld at the end of the month!

Macworld 2007 (9th Jan) will show Apple releasing a whole lot of new products and updates to their product line

I'd wait till after then if I were you.

yeah...thats the one. Although its tough i think i will try and hang on that bit longer. Current model is still awesome though IMO.

I was worried about updates so what I have done is ordered one of the two mac minis as I needed one real quick and then i'll order the second one after Macworld, just incase they update it, which I doubt.

I'm hoping they go Core 2 Duo in the Mini and put the X3000 graphics in or whatever it is. The Mac Pro will go to 4-core Xeon and the iMac will go Core 2 Quadro in the summer.
