Will the Mac mouse work on a 'PC'? I ask as i have been offered one of the new ones. I am tempted to go over to the dark side but not just yet!

If you're talking about the Magic Mouse then it should work in Windows if you've got a Bluetooth receiver. Whether all the gestures work or not is a different matter though.

Echo what Feek and theheyes said. Mine's going and I'd go so far to chuck it against a wall, were it not only a few weeks old, pretty much unused and still worth some cash to sell! Glad I got the Magic Trackpad at the same time, otherwise the new Mac _would_ have gone....

I tried out someones magic mouse at work last week. Only for a bit, I hated it! Felt far to light, shape was weird. And when your trying to do the gestures the shape and the weight made it horrible. Wouldn't mind trying out the uhm.... (touchpad looking thingy?)

Not like I would have any space for it on my desk though, can barely fit the MBP on.

I hate it to, there again, don't think I have ever got on with a Apple mouse, they are all uncomfortable. Comfort over style for a mouse any day for me, and Apple are no good at that with mice imo.

I find the mouse to be really good. It just needs to be held in a slightly different way to a normal ergonomic mouse.

Magic Mouse eh! The only magic about it is it's voracious appetite for eating up batteries. I've stopped using mine and gone back to my Logitech, it's soooo ergonomic and comfortable when compared to MM.

Settles it then. No Mac mouse!

That is one very smart decision - pity you can't opt for not having it included in your Mac bundle and get a price reduction. I hate the trackpad too, just not accurate enough for detailed work plus I don't like the feel, it reminds me of chalk scratching down a blackboard.
