Hey all,

I've got a copy of Mac OS X server that I want to put on my Mac Mini.

Had a bit of a trial with it, but got royally confuddled when setting it up. If I'm honest I felt completely out of my depth and had to put regular Snow Leopard back on :shame:

I want to have the Mac be the primary Mail, Contacts, Calendar server but I can't find any guides to get it up and running.

Anyone care to help a n00b.

I recall it asking me for loads of settings when installing.

Any tips?

I don't really remember, so I presume I just oked everything or guessed. Server has an extra control panel for what you want it to do server wise, and you can switch everything on and off through there, there's a server admin panel as well.

I've had it up and running, but was a bit overwhelmed with the mail settings etc.

Did you use the wizard to do the install? Perhaps that's where I went wrong.
