Mac OSX 10.4.9 Update Is Out

I'm hoping this fixes the slight bugs with my Logitech Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Not getting great speeds at the moment - I'd estimate 60-70kb/s on 2mbit ADSL2 - but I'm in no hurry. Thanks for the heads up

Dumb question, but when Leopard comes out will it be a straight 'buy in the shops' OS upgrade, or will some sort of fast-track download be available? I've not been using my Mac that long so I'm quite interested to know how it works.

Just installed the update. App loading seems a little snappier. Have they changed the default color profile? The colours seem super vibrant!

Weird thing happened when I rebooted, it went through the setup assistant thinger that runs when you first install Tiger but it was windowed inside OS X.

i had that as well, just quit it and carried on.

Installed it on my iBook G4 yesterday, seems to working well so far.

It did hang on the desktop for a while in the first two restarts but after that it seems fine.

The first thing I noticed was that the volume at any level was higher than before. Even the quietest setting was about level 3 or 4 previously.

Ive got a glitch/bug on my G5 PowerMac i have noticed.

The Eject button doesnt work anymore.

Havnt tried the MBP eject button yet though but i think its fine.
