I recently purchased a Santa Rosa MBP 2.2Ghz, and am new to Macs after being a PC user previously.
Q1. Is there any way of making Mac OSX open folders and files using a single click, rather than double click. More specifically the hard drive icon on the desktop. I couldn't find the option for it so any help is appreciated.
Useful Handy Tip for recent switchers!: I found out to switch between windows of an application the shortcut key is Command+~(tilde), which on my keyboard was above the right Ctrl key.
(on a tangent ,the samsung matte screen on my MBP has the 1/3 yellow tint as described in this thread http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=313239
so im gonna go back to the apple store to get it exchanged.... , so can't absorb myself fully into the macosx experience until I get a replacement...)
