Mac Pro Case Project....... Possible project soon.

Right folks modding time.

Bascially i got a Mac pro case off the bay 9-10 months ago started into it, started mucking it up due to not having the right tools etc, this point i packed it away out of the road.

When i bought her, with abit of damage, reason to my ideas below.

with out the cut out of course this was when i started to mod her.

So... tonight i had a urge to unbox it and start to it again, and make it a second rig - hcktosh or to sell it.
So my ideas after seeing the case, abit worse for ware, like it was when it was packed up, the idea was to take it out of the outer cage with the handles, cut the side panels to length, to become a lian li / Mac pro cross over. (As shown in the First Pic )

Now the big question is, should i keep the standard look if i can, or should i go for a black and white style for it to be different.

Found a guy on another site who has done a hell of a job on one, and tend to follow in his foot steps for some of the mods tbh.

Id really like to hear your ideas and comments, but nothing nasty and not helpful.

On a budget too £100 max maybe Only 17

Probably the stuff out of my antec 300 im not sure yet, or else ill make a second comp and make a Hackintosh

The black and silver one looks nicer in my opinion. For a minute i thought he had made the case see through, then i realised it was a reflection

How about black interior but keep the aluminium finish on the outside. The chrome(?) silver one looks nice but I think it's a bit too much bling.

Reason for going to paint it was due to small scrapes and small gouges up the big side of it.

Maybe getting it powered coated/ Pro Sprayed by a mate, if i can afford it

Carbon fibre wrap on the case ?

Still cant think of a name for the project to put in the project logs section.

I love the black and silver look. I'm searching the bay everyday for a reasonably priced G5 case but can only find ones 150+ which is far to much.
