My Dad wants a new desktop for his study / music studio. I'm trying to persuade him to go Mac, and he's tempted. Anyway I'm trying to spec up a Mac Pro. Currently looking at the base model:

# Two 2.66GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
# 1GB (2 x 512MB)
# NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256MB (single-link DVI/dual-link DVI)
# 500GB 7200-rpm Serial ATA 3Gb/s
# One 16x SuperDrive
# Apple Keyboard & Mighty Mouse - British (wireless)

I'll then probably buy him 4GB of Crucial RAM for £200 as Apple want £450 extra for that!

However I have no idea what the graphics cards are like. Is it worth upgrading to 2 x 7300GT? Or can I buy a decent graphics card myself?

I was hoping to have Bootcamp on there so my Dad can boot into Windows XP to play a few current FPS games. What graphics card will he need for that?

Ta!
