Mac Stacks: How?

Anyone know how I put my home folder on my dock so i can get easy access to things like my docs folder, music etc. ? It seems I can drag any normal folder on there but not anything contained in my home folder. Cheers

Go to Macintosh HD > users and then drag the folder with your name (in my case Felix) to the stacks bit. Worked for me

if you try to drag from the 'places' bit it won't work

Weird, seems to work now, guess I wasn't specific enough about where to drag it. cheers.

Yeah you need to drag it between the other stacks, otherwise it just trashes it! The other stacks should slide apart inviting the new stack in between them... just like dock icons do!

It's a pain when you have no stacks at all and trying to add one.

Have to minimize a windows and drag the folder next to it.
