Mac Studio wifi - any way to improve it?

The wifi on the Mac Studio is crap to put it mildly what with the location of the aerials. Is there any way at all to improve it?

Macs can use external WiFi adapters? Didn’t think any had the necessary drivers. I’m off to investigate…

I’m sure it is but I really don’t want to drill holes anywhere. I found a temporary solution in upping the transmit power of the router. A quick Speedtest and observing the connection over 24 hours shows it’s far more stable than previously. Still not fast but good enough for my use case

I tried Mikrotik Pwrline Pro adapters and they were disappointing especially given their reputation.

My Mac is upstairs while the router is downstairs. Not far but awkward enough to make it not straightforward
