mac style widgets for windows

Does anyone know of a good widget program for windows that would imitate a mac?

tried konfabulator but thats not quite what i am looking for

tried those but those are more of the 'side bar' supplementary widgets rather than a desktop icon replacement solution (i.e. like those in macs)

you mean you want a mac style dock? rocketdock or objectdock are the main contenders.
