Mac torrent file with scheduler

As per title really, looking for a mac torrent file so I can schedule (like utorrent in win) my d/l to be out of my peak hours (thus don't count towards my quota). D/L a few 'nix isos can take a chunk out of it.

Azureus, install the Speed Scheduler (automatically from the plugin menu)

I can't recommend Azuerus because it's too bloated

Azureus is the bulky swiss pen-knife 'tis true. However it does do everything and I can use it on my windows and mac PCs without much thought. If you want a more focused tool, then look around.
