Hi Guys n Girls
Sorry Im never in this area (as sadly I Dont have a MAC) However, at work we have recently been having a few people calling up using MAC's Obviously having never used one and our work never supplying one we are bewildered fools.
All I am simply trying to find out is how to open the equivelent of Command prompt, I do believe it is called the terminal on Apple machines, I have tried googling it but either my searchings not great or its not easy to find.
It is simply to run:
nslookup -q=srv _sip._udp.freewirevoice.com
To see if the customer can use our VOIP service.
He is using Snow leopard latest version if that makes any difference,
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Not sure if that will even work
