Unreal Tournament - though it is possibly a little larger than you need. It runs without disk with the most up to date patch, so you can all play with one disk. The demo is only a 100megs and has enough to entertain anyone.

Enemy Territory - 250 megs. Free to download. Mac/Win. No bots though. Stellar online play.

The Jedi Knight series is also available for both Macs and PCs
