macbook 1x 1gb config?

hi guys, sorry for the 2 new threads. but will apple supply a macbook with 1x 1gb ram stick so i can upgrade it? or will they just do the 2 x 512mb config?

It'll be 2x512mb, so you ditch them both to put the 2x1gb in
