So, i will be joining the long list of people using Mac OS or Lion or whatever in the next few weeks as i begin my university degree in digital media.

I will be getting a Macbook Air 13" 2011, with no additional upgrades; 4GB RAM, 1.7ghz i5 sandybridge processor and the other items which come with it.

What i want to know is what items or accessories would you recommend i buy to compliment my Macbook, preferably buying them at the same time so they are all delivered roughly during the same period.

...................
So far i know for a fact i will be getting;

Apple Magic Mouse + Charger from Apple

Apple Bluetooth Keyboard and Battery Charger from Apple

Wacom Bamboo Pen/Graphics Tablet from Apple

...................

Does anybody recommend a certain case or bag to use with a Macbook Air? As i will be taking it to university everyday and using it at home hooked up the my BenQ G2222HDL and the mouse and keyboard will be used for work at home.

I will be wanting a bag which is durable, but not too pricey, probably say £30 or £35? And then some protection for the Macbook itself, i was thinking the ZAGG Invisi-shield?

Bag must have compartments for the likes of the Macbook charger, possible the magic mouse, other essentials like pens and paper, and then maybe an extra compartment for small books and magazines.

Cheers for reading.

Would be great to get a response :)

Thanks.

Have a look at the STM scout bags - I use one for the iPad - excellent protection and small enough so that I can carry it around all day without it bothering me.
