Macbook air alternatives?

Hi guys,
Well, I bought a new desktop and I am not looking to replace my XPS m1710 gaming laptop with a proper portable notebook.
While the macbook air is lovely, I feel it is overpriced. My main criteria are simple:
- Thin, small, light. Macbook air size(ish).
- Decent graphics. (while my desktop will be used for gaming mainly, SC2 and WoW will be installed on the laptop when i cannot get home. Not too worried about quality settings although anything over minimum at a decent resolution would be great)
- if possible, a SSD.

Obviously the best CPU possible.
Target price: £1000 or as low as you can go!

Dell Adamo?

I'm not sure what GPU it comes with but I'm sure it will be sufficient enough to run WoW.

Acer 3820TG.
Alienware M11x.
Go for a i5 or i7u, not quad-core.

is the alienware m11x quite a bit bigger?
Also, the dell adamo looks like it could be a good option

everything's bigger than the macbook air! And anything the size of the Air won't have 'decent graphics' and won't do gaming. The m11x is has the best performance / size package. But it's no looker.

For GPU, your min spec would be the GT 310M / HD4570.
