Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy a decent replacement battery for my Macbook Air Mid 2012.

I've already replaced it with one I bought off amazon and it's lasted a few months now its knackered so I'm guessing that ruling out taking it to Apple to change it

For the price I'd always go to Apple for these, they are quite reasonable. If you have killed any chance of that (I have no idea) it looks like Anker do one, although doesn't look like it's available from Amazon U.K. right now. Shame as a lot of their stuff is great quality.

Ifixit Europe maybe, although stock there looks iffy too.

I would imagine these days any cheap amazon/ebay MBA battery will be fine. If not better than the OEM. They are old technology these days so not hard to replicate.

I've got a 2011 MBA, with about 750 cycles on it. Gets about 3 hours constant use.

The prices Apple charge for their replacement batteries and fitting is very very reasonable considering what a lot of laptop manufacturers charge just for a battery.

IIRC it's around the £100 mark for most models.
