In a few days I will have my new Macbook Air 13" and I need a case that will protect it. I have looked at the Speck 13" SeeThru but a lot of reviews say it cracks in places after a short while.

Anyone have any experience with these cases or can recommend something similar?

Not really into the seethrough cases so can't comment on them. Do you have a local TKMAXX nearby? Mine has loads of Macbook air sleeves. Picked this incase sleeve up for £7.99 and they now do a green one for £6.99

Its this one here:

My other choice would have been the LArobe sleeve if I hadn't found the Incase

LArobe Macbook Air 13" Sleeve

My MBA 13" LArobe sleeve arrived a few days ago and I can't recommend it enough. Snug fit, nicely protective and doesn't add too much bulk to the MBA.

Also I think I've found the matching SuperDrive case too, but the company in question seems to be taking an age to sort the order (plus be.ez seem to have discontinued the SuperDrive LArobe range, so hopefully this supplier hasn't scammed me).

had a speck on 13inch MBP for a couple of years now and its fine with scratches on the bottom of the speck instead of the MBP which is what its for as for cracks there are none, bare in mind though this is the MBP seethru case and not the MBA
