Anyone know if there are any small cases for these? I know that are few will be coming out in August, but that's quite a long time to wait really :(

Do you mean like a slip case? I bought a 14" lime green gel filled slip case from a PC superstore for £11.99. It's a perfect fit width wise and it's not too big in the other direction. It feels very safe in it.

Ahhh, maybe i'll go and have a look and maybe get one for a temporary case at least.

Do you have any more details on it, so i know what to look for!

Just been to look :)

You actually bought that green one? :o

There's a black one there, but they are about 4cm to big width wise, so i'm not so sure yet.

What's wrong with the green? :(
I didn't fancy any of the other colours, either too girly or too boring.

I dunno if you were looking at the same ones as me but it's the perfect width.

Hmmm... there are too many options :(

Ideally i want a padded sleeve (Foof would have been great, but i don't think it's protected enough), and to use a normal backpack. BUT i can't find a suitable sleeve that i can purchase :(

This one looks ideal, BUT i only have debit cards, and so can't buy from them!

I'm now considering a Crumpler Sheep Scarer, but am unsure, and need to sort something ASAP!

What do you use?

get one. i've had one since i got my powerbook and they're awesome

It has no protection though, well, other than scratches. What do you carry it around in? (i assume you use another bag aswell).

Hmmm, i'm looking for a backpack really, and something that doesn't cost over £50!. I'm thinking about the Crumpler Base Toucher:

Just popped up to COMPETITOR! on my lunch break, they had the exact same green one, and had it in black, purple, yellow etc, I was very tempted to go with the green one  , but nah, got the black one instead :)

T'is not great, but will do for now, until I can get a sexier one.

Ok, that's ordered! Now to find something to carry it around in! (I missed out on a Crumpler Base Toucher auction :().

The incase neoprene sleeves are not bad. Have one for my MBP and have carried it in a crammed rucksack while travelling. The rucksack was also in the baggage compartment in a coach :)

i got one off a competitor, 11 quid (16in P&P) for a 14" carry case, looks really nice as well and has plenty of padding. Got very good reviews on the site too

I need a new backpack anyway, so i might go into town tomorrow and see if i can find anything suitable for holding the MacBook, that don't cost the same money as a Crumpler for example :) Maybe a North Face / Eastpak bag or something.
