Be careful though, they've stopped doing the cheap HE Applecare deal for £50. You now can only do the £150ish one 
Tis a shame but then again when you think when your running on the battery the CPU is throttled anyway so the difference in performance would be quite small I feel. Impressive how they've adjusted the prices of RAM to reasonable amounts now though

Applecare is already pre-registered as the warranty belongs the to the unit. If you enter your serial on Apple's website it'll say your covered until 2009

Reason? The guy who served me at apple store said I don't want it I could always sell it on fleabay :\
Might be different for store bought ones as you'll have an Applecare box and such, mine was just the general manual and CD. Check your serial
