Macbook Fan Noise

Just wonder if your unibody macbook fans are quiet at default 2000rpm? I think mine were super quiet when I brought it but after using it for over a month there is this audible annoying low hum from the fans :o I have a SSD drive so i know its not the drive, not sure if I should take it to be looked at.
 
I opened it up to take a look and it seems the right fan (the closest to the ports is the noisy one, the one of the right is extremely quiet and I don't hear it until it push it to 2500+ rpm. I'm going to see if they will replace the left fan.

btw I managed to make a light scratch when put the screws back on :( next time I must remember to put some masking tape on. Its been disfigured.
