Macbook, HDD and memory

I know this thread should technically be in hardware department, most macbook users are, tbh, in this sector of the forum... so here goes.

I just want to confirm if any of these HDD sold on OcUK can work with my macbook:

I fancy an upgrade - the 200 or 250GB sounds tempting.

Also, what about memory? I'm currently running on 1GB (2x521mb), anyone know if any of OcUK's range will work? Looking to up it to 2GB.

Any standard laptop RAM will work.

I think the hard drives are also standard.

No reason why the HDD's wouldn't work. I fancy a bit of an upgrade myself looking at those prices!
