Hi Guys,

I want to upgrade the ram in my late 2007 macbook, currently have 2x1gb in it, can I put in 2x2gb dimms I know it will only see 3.3gb or would it be better to put in 1x1gb and 1x2gb.

Also can someone link me to the correct ram in the Ocuk shop

Oh and one other thing, if I want to bang in a bigger HDD at around 200-300gb which is a good one to go for, and will my time capsule restore all my stuff to it

crucial have a website which tells you the exact type of ram for your laptop as I can't remember which it would be.

You will see a full 4gb in osx as its 64bit assuming your on osx10.5 ?

Any 2.5" laptop drive will work, so go for either WD scorpio black or other brand if you like as they are all fairly similar as long as they are 7200 rpm.

It doesn't have to be a 7200rpm drive. Theres not that many out there, the standard is 5400rpm which would offer more choice.
