I'm not sure if you can have them as a parallels shared folder (don't have one with me to try at the moment), but you can connect usb devices to the guest os and use them in there.
 
Just installed Virtue and Parallels. Finally got it working for fast OS Switching :)

Might need to double my 1gig of ram though :)
