Simple question really: Will PC2-5400 work in my Intel 2.4ghz MBP?
I've seen that the 4gb kit OcUK sell is PC2-5300, but I can get 4GB of OCZ (OCZ2MV6674GK) for under £50 (in the US). They're both listed as being 667Mhz.
IIRC the nominal bandwidth of a 667 MHz module (5336) falls between 5300 and 5400 MB/sec, so most companies call it PC2-5300, and some clever marketing departments call it PC2-5400 because thats, like, better, you know.
So PC2-5400 will work fine, just like PC2-5300, right?
