Macbook Pro crashing when connecting to external displays

Hi all,

I have a Macbook Pro (i5 version with the stupid interactive F-row) connected to two monitors:

- A 4K Dell 32inch display
- A 1440p secondary monitor

Now when I'm done with work and put it to sleep, it wont wake back up, then it will crash and I have to disconnect everything and restart the macbook.

I got a error upon boot that says WindowServer crash unexpectdly and it says: the crashed que is - Dispatch queue: com.apole.main-thread

Can anyone help me out? I really don't get whats going wrong, this happened all of a sudden.

Are you running the latest version of macOS? I had some monitor problems that were fixed in 13.4.

Hmm, I tried to update to Ventura, but I keep getting the "the available software updates have changed" error. Really frustrating.
