macbook pro faulty power button.

After installing etc etc, and going to turn on again by the macbook pro button i find that its broken :| no light on it comes up, when pushed in it stays pushed in and slides under like a big time fault with the button.

thing is i have the mac now registered to me, will this be a quick fix, and what will happen if i take it into the store?

3 years warranty too.

Take it back. In my experience, apple warrenty is first class.

You may well end up with a new laptop.

thing is all my software and warranty is registered to that mac, can they sort all that out?

they gave me a brand new one :] job sorted.
