Macbook Pro getting hot

My Macbook Pro is starting to get a little sluggish when I'm in Aperture 2 doing my photo's. I'm linking this to it getting hot at the time. Any Idea's for cooling it down.

Its the 2.33GHz with 4GB Ram and a 320GB 7200RPM Hard drive.

Download SMC Fan Control, will allow you to manually control your fan speed.

If your handling RAW files though it will make the machine sluggish.

Yes i is RAW files, will give SMC a try. Cheers
