macbook pro keyboard and pad stoped working help

hi guys

i oped my macbook pro today and the keyboard and trackpad wont work i am using an external usb keyboard and mouse at the mo but need this fixed for tomorrow please help

Tried a restart? Sometimes the firmware can get messed up. Try using Software Update to see if you have the latest keyboard firmware.

hi thanks fixed it now by pressing the case just above the track pad strange but fixed it

Weird, if it happens again, get Apple to take a look at it.
