Macbook Pro Problem

I have connected my 24" LCD monitor to my MBP laptop and in OSX it remembers that it has this connected and everything is fine. But when I boot into windows via bootcamp it never remembers it has the screen attached and I have to keep going into the Nvidia setup. Is there a way to make it remember?

that seems like a windows problem to me.

Should that not be something to do with the Windows side?

Well its got something to do with bootcamp as on my main pc it remebers that it has dual screens. I just hope the bootcamp update can be applied without reinstalling windows, hopefully that might help.

It can, and is recommended (required?) for XP SP3 and Vista SP1 (which I haven't installed yet

).

Vista always sees that my monitor is plugged in, though I haven't tried booting with it switched off... I'll have to see if that trips it up.
