Macbook Pro + SSD?

If I took my Macbook Pro to an Apple store and asked them to upgrade the hard drive would this maintain my warranty? Do they offer HDD upgrades?

The Apple stores wont upgrade the hard drive I'm afraid, an Apple Authorised Service Provider might do though for a fee.

I'll wait till my warranty expires and upgrade it myself in that case.
