Macbook Pro VS Dell?

Well hopefully I'll get a job within the next millenia and I'll want a new laptop.

Main purpose will be games/movies/work stuff

So it'll have to be portable but pack a punch.

For £1200 from Apple I can get a 2.4/8600GT etc

For £900 from Dell I can get 2.4/4gb/8600GT etc

Obviously the apple looks amazing, but is it worth the premium?

Which Dell machine are you comparing it to?

Vostro as for some stupid reason i can only get 1280*800 on the other models.

You can get 1440x900 at least, on the XPS M1530.

It won't let me select anything else :/
