I have a MBP at the minute, but it has started to run a bit slow, does anyone know of any good utilites i could maybe run to clean it up a bit?

Onyx is one of the most widely used Maintenance apps. I also use Cocktail, Yasu and TinkerTool alongside it.

In Terminal..

Code:

sudo periodic daily

Enter your password and reboot.

You could also try and delete the "Cache" folders from the drive.
