My MacBook keyboard has lots of keys that now dont work  Does anyone happen to know where i can get a replacement keyboard and have approximate costs for it? I think its still nder (see my problem?!!) warranty as i boght it with the HE discont a few years ago, bt i dont have the time to wait for it to be sent off and repaired. I also live in Cardiff, and theres no Apple store for MILES arond!

Any help on this wold be great :)

Thanks

Go onto the apple site and at the bottom click find a reseller..

Type in cardiff and VOILA! As ocuk dont specifically support apple products, I'm hoping I'm not breaking the rules.. (feel free to change if I am)

However, if it still under warranty - get it changed....

Its costs something ridiculous like £190. £70 for the top deck but they won't sell the part to you separatly so you have to pay someone £100 to do a 10 minute job.

You could just hope the top deck cracks and get it replaced out of warrenty

Well they shold replace the top as the plastic has gone all horrible (its one of the first macbooks). Can i get it done nder warranty at a reseller place? or do i have to send it off?

No you should be able to get it done at a reseller, they will keep it while they get the part though so you will be without it for a few days
