Macbook support

Hey,

My Macbook is a year and a half old and the other day the power supply melted.

If I ring Apple will they be able to replace it for me? Does anyone have a phone number I can call because I can't find one on the site, says my Macbook is no longer under warranty. I don't fancy paying £50 odd for a new one either!
